What is the best thing about anger?

probably, my favourite thing about anger is that it helps move people to action.
i'm really not good at doing things or solving problems if they involve other people, but if i get angry enough, i'll definitely do something about it.

I think that’s a definite legitimate use of anger, as motivation. I just wonder if that kind of motivation is only good for action that has to be taken quickly. If it’s something that needs to be dealt with patiently before anything can be done, anger maybe can’t sustain you and probably could be destructive to the solution.
I agree, that at least righteous anger is a fantastic tool for motivation. When you are angry because of an injustice that ought to be righted, that anger can spur you to action. The patience piece can come in once anger has inspired you, and that piece is equally important
